Refurbished Products Terms & Conditions:

1. Product Condition:

Refurbished products may have minor cosmetic imperfections like ink stains, rust, or scratches. These do not impact the device's functionality or performance. Each unit is inspected and tested to ensure it meets quality standards before being listed.

2. Pricing:

Refurbished units are sold at discounted rates compared to new models, reflecting their cosmetic condition. Prices are subject to change without prior notice based on stock and availability.

3. Carry in Warranty:

A limited warranty of 6 months is provided for all refurbished products, covering functional defects. This warranty does not cover cosmetic wear and tear such as scratches, rust or stains.

4. Returns & Exchanges:

Your order can be canceled before the material is shipped.
We do not offer cancellation under any circumstances other than those mentioned above.

If the refurbished product is delivered in a non-working condition, it can be exchanged, you can reach out to the sales team or our support team.

We will require sufficient proof to validate the claim. We can guide you further. Products delivered in the above scenario can be returned to us and we can arrange a 100% refund post a successful validation or can provide you an exchange.
There is no exchange policy for the products we offer apart from above scenario.

5. Shipping & Handling:

We would need box opening video to prove the damage, or different item received, without any video proof we may not be able to settle the claim.

6. Product Availability:

Refurbished products are offered in limited quantities and may vary in condition. Orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis, and availability is not guaranteed.

7. No Additional Discounts:

Refurbished products are already discounted, so further promotions or discounts cannot be applied unless explicitly stated.

8. Customer Acknowledgment:

the actual product may vary, it may also vary in terms of looks, usage. But the performance will not be impacted
